Butterscotch Cookies
Ingredients
  • 2 cups butterscotch morsels
  • ½ cup chunk peanut butter
  • 3 cups corn flakes
  • 1 cup salted peanuts, without skins
Steps
  1. Melt butterscotch chips and peanut butter in double boiler.
  2. When melted, add corn flakes and peanuts.
  3. Drop by teaspoonsful on waxed paper covered cookie sheet.
  4. Put in refrigerator to set.
