Norwegian Rhubarb and Almond Cake
Ingredients
  • 10 Tbsp (150grams) unsalted butter at room temperature
  • ¾ cup (150grams) granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs at room temperature
  • 1 ½ cups (200 grams) all purpose flour
  • 1 ½ tsp baking powder
  • ½ cup (1dl )whole milk or half and half
  • 1 ½ tsp almond extract
  • 1 ½ cups (250 grams) chopped rhubarb or about 3 to 5 stalks, depending on size.
  • 3 Tbsp raw sugar
  • 3 Tbsp sliced almonds
