Mix all the wet ingredients together
Add the Sukrin 1 and the floor into the wet ingredients until combined
Add half the muxture into the cake cases and a blob of seedless jam or nutella, then top with the resr of the mixture.
Bake for 25 minutes at 190 degrees ir until springy and spongey
top with icing
