Ingredients
  • 300 gms S/R flour
  • 65 gns Sukrin 1
  • 125 mls vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 185 mls milk
Steps
  1. Mix all the wet ingredients together
  2. Add the Sukrin 1 and the floor into the wet ingredients until combined
  3. Add half the muxture into the cake cases and a blob of seedless jam or nutella, then top with the resr of the mixture.
  4. Bake for 25 minutes at 190 degrees ir until springy and spongey
  5. top with icing
