  • 1⁄2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 pound lasagna noodles, cooked al dente
  • 2 16-ounce containers ricotta cheese
  • 3 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1⁄2 pound Pecorino Romano cheese, grated
