Ingredients
- 6ozs flour
- 7ozs sugar
- 3 tablespoons of warm water
- 6 eggs
Steps
- Beat egg whites , whisk in sugar and warm water and whisk till it shines, add egg yolks and mix well fold in flour. Place in 2 x 9in round tins and bake at 180 degrees for 15 mins
