Salsa based marinade for beef

16 ounces mild salsa

1 envelope Lipton® Recipe Secrets® Onion Soup Mix

¼ cup lime juice

¼ cup firmly packed light brown sugar

In a mixing bowl, stir together the salsa, soup mix, lime juice and sugar until blended. Reserve 1 cup of marinade and set aside. 2. Place the meat into a zipper-top plastic bag, and pour the remaining marinade over the meat. Seal the bag and marinate for at least 8 hours or overnight, turning occasionally.
