Hetty Lui Mckinnon's Easy Chocolate and Malt Mousse
Ingredients
  • 500g silken tofu, drained
  • 150g dark chocolate chips, melted (see method above). Opt for vegan chocolate if making this dessert vegan
  • 50g (⅓ cup) chocolate malt powder such as Milo or Ovaltine, plus more to serve. Choose a plant-based powder if making this dessert vegan
  • 1 Tablespoon maple syrup
  • Raspberries, strawberries or blueberries, optional to serve
