One Pot Lau Lau..Family Style by Rich Lum

Ingredients
- 2 pounds Taro leaves
- 2 pounds Pork Shoulder
- Hawaiian Sea Salt
- 2 cups of water
Steps
- Prep Taro leaves..remove and chop stems into 1" pieces..wash taro leaves well
- Cut pork into 2" cubes, sprinkle each piece with sea salt
- Pour the water into your pot
- Add your Taro stems
- Layer half the leaves into the pot and add a tablespoon of sea salt on top
- Stack your cubed pork on top of the leaves
- Layer the other half of leaves on top
- Close and seal your lid and set the pot to manual 90 minutes.
- QR when cooking has finished
