Chicken and Veggies in Instant Pot by Dick Mott
Ingredients
  • Chicken (it's up to you as to how much, but for two people 2 to 3 legs & thighs are good) or pork works as well.
  • ½ package of frozen chopped onions.
  • ½ cup rozen chopped celery (optional)
  • ¼ cup frozen chopped bell pepper (optional)
  • 1 small can mushrooms ends & pieces
  • Flour
  • Your favorite seasoning (I use Fiesta-a Texas brand, Taco Seasoning containing salt, black pepper, onion and garlic powder)
