Potato Rissoles

  1. Beef mince cooked and drained of all fats , boil potatoes and mashed , while that is cooking, dice an onion , maybe get the potatoes cooking first .
  2. Once all cooked and prepared , add them all together with salt and pepper and some parsley flakes , mix in 1 egg and put in fridge to cool, once cooled , next beat an egg and roll mixture into small tennis ball size ,roll your mixture in the egg then into bread crumbs , then place in your pie maker for 8/10 minutes ,I have my pie maker hot ready to go , enjoy
