Ingredients
  • 1 avocado pitted and mashed
  • 8 boiled eggs, prepped like you would for egg salad
  • 2 tsp reg. yellow mustard
  • ½ tsp paprika (I had smoked paprika)
  • ¼ cup chopped onions (optional)
  • salt and pepper to taste.
Steps
  1. Prepare like you would egg salad.
  2. Eat with crackers or on bread or whatever you like.
