Ingredients
  • 2 cans of coconut milk
  • 2 T. Lime juice (to taste)
  • 1 chicken breast sliced thin (about 1”long)
  • 1 chicken bouillon cube
  • 1 T. sugar
  • 1 packet of Tom Kha soup seasoning (can be purchased at an Asian store) I prefer the Lobo Brand.
  • Vegetables of your choice such as carrots, onions, mushrooms (Button, Shitake or Portobello), green onions, tomatoes, red bell pepper, lemon grass, etc.
