  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 lb lean ground turkey see notes
  • 2 tbsp taco seasoning store bought or homemade
  • 8 oz can tomato sauce
  • ½ cup water
  • subheading: Scrambled Eggs:
  • 10 large eggs see notes
  • couple pinches of salt and pepper
  • avocado or olive oil cooking spray
