Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon lemongrass paste( lemon juice instead)
  • 1 tablespoon red curry paste (1 tsp curry powder instead)
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • ½ tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • olive oil for frying

  • buns and toppings like cilantro or sliced cucumber
  • OR bagged salad (like an Asian-style salad)
  • OR shredded cabbage (either homemade or store bought, tossed with olive oil, vinegar, salt, and sugar) <- my personal favorite
