Gluten-Free Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients

  • ½ tsp. xanthan gum* (see note)
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 ounces cream cheese, room temp
  • ¾ cups (12 Tbsp.) unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 ½ tsp. pure vanilla extract
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 2 cups (12 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate chips
