A collected recipe from my recipe box. From recipe cards my mom received in the mail years ago, recipes hand written from family members, clipped from coupon circlers, recipe cards from the store, recipe cards found in certain food boxes, recipes from food tubs, magazines and can food labels.

Ingredients
  • 1 can (14.5 ounce) Hunt's Diced Tomatoes with Sweet Onions
  • 2 cups uncooked egg noodles
  • 8 ounces shredded cooked rotisserie chicken
  • 1 package (.87 ounces) chicken gravy mix, prepared according to package directions
Steps
  1. Combine tomatoes and 1½ cups water in a large skillet. Bring to a boil. Add noodles; stir. Reduce heat and simmer, covered, 10 minutes or until noodles are tender, stirring occasionally.
  2. Stir in prepared gravy and chicken. Heat until warmed through and gravy has thickened. Makes 4 servings.
