Lemon Pudding Bundt Cake

  • 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 3.4 ounces instant lemon pudding mix , - make sure it’s instant
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • 1 cup buttermilk, room temperature
  • yellow food coloring, optional

  • 3 cups powdered sugar
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
