Pumpkin Low-Carb Almond Flour Waffle
Ingredients
  • 4 large eggs separated into whites and yolks
  • 1 ¾ cups super fine almond flour
  • ⅓ cup granulated stevia/erythritol blend
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ⅛ teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • ⅛ teaspoon ground cardamon
  • 2 tablespoons butter or coconut oil melted
  • ½ cup pureed pumpkin (I used canned)
  • ¼ cup unsweetened original almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
