Wings on the Traeger
Ingredients
  • No coating. Rinse them off, dry them and set them on a rack in the fridge the day you're going to make them. This will help the skin dry out a little. Get them out of the fridge about 60 to 90 minutes ahead of time so you're not putting them on cold. Salt, pepper, smoked paprika, or your favorite seasoning. High heat (375 to 400?) for about 45 to 60 minutes or until the skin is bubbling and looks crispy. Take them off and let them rest spaced out from each other for about 10 minutes. The skin will be really crispy and the meat underneath will be really juicy.
