Lasagna Bolognese with Bechamel Sauce
Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoon of salt
  • 2 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 1 cup dry red wine
  • 3 14.5 ounce cans of crushed tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon dried basil
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • subheading: For the Bechamel Sauce:
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ teaspoon fresh ground nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon white pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 4.5 cups whole milk
  • 1.5 cups of Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 pound of no boil lasagna noodles
