Simple glaze for a baked ham. Apply near the end of baking so that the sugar doesn't burn.

Ingredients
  • ½ cup butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup honey
  • 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp ground cloves
  • ⅛ tsp nutmeg
Steps
  1. Melt butter in a small saucepan over medium-low heat. Add sugar and stir until mixed. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a simmer. Remove from heat and let cool until glaze thickens slightly.
Notes
  • Spoon over ham when there is roughly 15 to 20 minutes left to cook.
