  • ½ teaspoon nutmeg*
  • ⅛ teaspoon cloves*
  • ⅛ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper, optional
  • 3 large eggs, beaten
  • One 15-ounce can pumpkin purée
  • 1 ¼ cups (283g) heavy whipping cream
  • note: Substitute a generous 2 ½ teaspoons Pumpkin Pie Spice for the spices listed, if desired.
