Instant Pot Chicken Noodle Soup
Ingredients
  • subheading: Measuring cup used, 1 cup = 250 ml, 1 tp = 5 ml:
  • 1.5 to 2 lbs chicken, use a mix of breasts and bone-in chicken thighs
  • 2 cups chopped onions
  • 1 cup diced celery
  • 1 cup diced carrots
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 2 tsp minced ginger
  • ½ tsp ground turmeric
  • 2 tbsp 2 tbsp chopped parsley/cilantro leaves
  • 2 tsp fresh thyme
  • ½ tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1.5 quarts low-sodium chicken broth
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 tsp salt or to taste
  • ½ tsp freshly cracked black pepper
  • 2 cups egg noodles
  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter or oil
