Banana/Avocado Smoothie
Ingredients
  • 2 bananas (fresh or frozen)
  • ½ avocado, stone and skin removed
  • 1 ½ cups almond milk (or any other milk)
  • ½ to 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • ½ tsp vanilla paste
  • 1 tbsp raw honey
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp bee pollen
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter (optional)
  • 1 tbsp of Protein (optional)
  • Handful of ice
