Giadzy Rotini À La Carbonara
This was very good as is but try draining most of the bacon grease and use 3 whole eggs, 3 egg yokes and 1 cup of heavy cream.
Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 pound bacon, diced into one inch cubes
  • 1 bunch of asparagus, trimmed and chopped into ½-inch pieces
  • ¾ cup frozen peas
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • 6 eggs, at room temperature
  • ½ cup heavy cream, at room temperature Sea salt
  • 1 ¼ cups freshly grated Parmesan cheese 1 pound dried rotini
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
