Vegetable Stir-Fry with Honey-Ginger Sauce

  • 8 ounces cooked shrimp, defrosted (optional)
  • Fine salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • ½ cup coarsely chopped fresh cilantro leaves or parsley
