Ingredients
  • 2 c carbquik
  • ¾ c heavy cream or soy milk (unsweetened vanilla)
  • Add 1 tsp vinegar to it and let sit 5 min
  • (to make a buttermilk texture)
  • Add 3 tsp stevia liquid
  • 1 egg
  • Handful of chopped nuts (pecans here)
  • Handful of dried fruit (I used freeze dried blueberries)
