Ingredients
  • 2 Pound Loaf (1½ Pound Loaf)
  •  
  • 1 Cup water, at 80 to 90°F (¾)
  • ½ Cup milk , 80° (⅓)
  • 2 tbsp melted butter, cooled (1)
  • 5 tbsp honey (3¾)
  • 3 tbsp molasses (2)
  • 1 tbsp sugar (2 tsp)
  • 3 tbsp powdered milk (2)
  • 1 tsp salt (¾)
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder (2 tsp)
  • 2½ cups whole wheat flour (1¾)
  • 2 cups white bread flour (1¼)
  • 1½ tsp yeast (1⅛)
Steps
  1. Place  ingredients in the machine according to specifications.
  2. Program for basic white bread and select light or medium crust.
  3. Let the loaf school for five minutes and then shake the bucket to remove the loaf.
  4. Place the bread on a cooling rack.
