  • 2 ½ cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon white wine vinegar red wine vinegar works too
  • 2 teaspoons fresh thyme
  • 2 cups Swiss cheese grated
  • 2 cups leftover turkey

  • 1 ½ cups soft bread crumbs see note 1
  • 3 tablespoons butter melted
  • ½ teaspoon fresh thyme
