Ingredients
  • ½ cup chia seeds
  • ¼ cup + 2T sunflower seeds
  • ¼ cup + 2T pumpkin seeds
  • ¼ cup of sesame seeds
  • ½ cup of ground flaxseed
  • ½ cup of whole flaxseed
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 ¼ cup of lukewarm water
  • ½ to 1 tsp of each seasoning (I used onion powder, garlic powder, sea salt and black pepper)
