- ¼ cup + 2T pumpkin seeds
- ¼ cup of sesame seeds
- ½ cup of ground flaxseed
- ½ cup of whole flaxseed
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 ¼ cup of lukewarm water
- ½ to 1 tsp of each seasoning (I used onion powder, garlic powder, sea salt and black pepper)
