Sesame Cauliflower Bites
Ingredients
  • 1 large head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 2 cups white whole wheat flour
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 cups panko breadcrumbs
  • 1⁄2 cup low sodium soy sauce
  • 1⁄2 cup honey
  • 1⁄4 cup seasoned rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch, dissolved in 6 tablespoons water to make a “slurry”
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh grated ginger
  • 3 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
  • 4 scallions, thinly sliced
