Open Faced Turkey and Gravy Sandwiches

  1. Butterball 3lb frozen boneless turkey breast. I had to run it under some cool water to pull of the gravy pack and cut off the strings.  Sauté the melted some butter.  An onion quartered. An apple quartered.  A few stalks of celery.  Sautéed it all a few minutes.  Put the trivet on top of that.  Added 2 cups chicken stock and the contents of the gravy packet. Put breast on the trivet. Black pepper.  Paprika. Herbs. Whatever you like!  A sprig of Rosemary because my plant is out of control huge. Lol.  High pressure 50 min then NR.   Took it out.  Strained the liquid.  Returned liquid to pot.  Sauté until boiling.  Mixed about a cup or so of cold water with maybe half cup Wondra and a package of dry turkey gravy mix.  Mix into broth that's boiling in pot until it's gravy!  Really easy.
  2. Note I started at 35 min then NPR and it was raw in the middle.  Put back on for 15.  Then NPR so will do 50 next time.
