Cold Brew Coffee
Ingredients
  • two heaping tablespoons coarsely ground coffee beans

  1. I simply fill my French press with a few scoops of coarsely ground coffee beans (I typically use two heaping tablespoons) and cold water, putting on the lid without plunging the filter before bed. I pop it in the fridge and let the water and coffee grounds work their magic overnight while I sleep.
