Keto Friendly Applesauce (see description!)
Quadruple recipe—Use true lemon granules and waterinstead of whole or half lemon, 2 cinnamon sticks and slow cooker rather than stovetop (8-10 hours low)
Ingredients
  • 1 tbsp. of butter
  • 3 to 4 small or medium peeled and cubed zucchinis (approximately 550 grams)
  • ½ lemon or 1 whole lemon cut up into very small cubes.
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 20 to 40 drops of One on One Flavors baked apple flavor concentrate
  • 2 to 4 tbsp. sugar-free maple syrup
  • Stevie to taste
