  • 6 ½ oz Active Sourdough Starter (⅔ cup)
  • 2 Tbsp Oil (Sunflower, Canola or Light Olive)
  • 1 lb Unbleached White All-Purpose Flour (3 ⅓ cups)
  • ½ cup Premium Shelled Sunflower Seeds lightly toasted, divided
  • 1 Tbsp Table Salt or 4 tsp Kosher Salt
