Thick Goat Milk Yogurt
Ingredients
  • 8 cups fresh or pasteurized goat milk, reserve 1 cup for gelatin
  • 2 Tablespoons fresh, plain yogurt or powdered yogurt starter*
  • 2 Tablespoons unflavored gelatin (I used Knoxx)
  • note: If using powdered yogurt starter, follow directions on the package
