Soaked wheat pancakes
Ingredients
  • 1 cup wheat berries soaked in water 12 to 24 hours, drain
  • 1 cup plant based milk, I used almond milk
  • 1 tsp. sea salt
  • 2 tsp. Baking powder
  • ⅛ tsp cinnamon ( I added more, I like cinnamon)
  • 1 TBS honey
  • ¼ cup applesauce
  • 1 egg or flax bomb
  •  
  • Put all ingredients in a vita mix or ninja mixer and blend 2 to 3 minutes, cook on a hot, greased griddle till bubbly on the edges, then flip to the second side.
  • Note# stuck to my griddle the first time, no issues after oiling the griddle
