Vietnamese Sticky Rice (Xôi Mặn)
Ingredients
  • 1 cup white sticky rice
  • ⅔ cup water
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • ¼ cup chopped green onions
  • ¼ cup vegan paté
  • 2 tbsp vegan mayo
  • 1 vegan sausage patty (or sautéed tofu, seitan, vegan chick'n, etc), cut into thin slices
  • ¼ cup roasted peanuts
  • 3 tbsp vegan meat floss (optional)
  • 1 small chili (optional)

  • 1 carrot peeled and cut into matchsticks
  • 1 daikon radish peeled and cut into matchsticks
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • ½ cup white vinegar
  • ½ cup warm water
