Million Dollar Fudge
Ingredients
  • 21 oz Hershey Bars
  • 2 pkg Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips (11 oz)
  • 1 pkg Milk Chocolate Chips (11 oz)
  • 1 jar Marshmallow Whip ( 1 Large or 2 Small)
  • 1 stick Butter
  • 16 oz Pecans, optional
  •  
  • 1tsp Vanilla
  • 4½ cups Sugar
  • 1 can Evaporated Milk
Steps
  1. Chop first 6 ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Combine the Vanilla, sugar and evaporated milk.  Cook, stirring constantly.  After it starts boiling, cook for 6 minutes, reducing heat to med-high.  During the last 30 seconds, increase to temperature to high.
  3. Line with waxed or parchment paper a very large shallow pan or platter.
  4. Using a STURDY, large spoon, combine both mixtures and stir.  If you've made it right, it's going to get hard fast and be very difficult to stir - you may need some masculine help.
  5. As soon as the fudge is well-mixed, immediately pour into pans/platters/etc. and let set overnight.
  6. Cut into squares.
