Ingredients

- 80 grams tamari
- 2 teaspoons raw sugar
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- 1 clove garlic
- dash sesame oil
- Dumplings
- 2 shallots
- small cube of ginger
- small red chilli
- 1 clove garlic
- 3 sprigs coriander
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 2 tablespoons tamari
- 500 grams pork mince…you can make your own in the Thermomix if you are so inclined
- 1 package of dumpling wrappers…at my Woolies these are found in the refrigerated fresh pasta section
