No-Bake Cheesecake (from Mom)
Ingredients
  • 9" pre-made graham cracker crust
  • 8 oz. package cream cheese, softened
  • 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
  • ⅓ C. lemon juice
  • 1 t. vanilla
  • topping (cherry, strawberries, etc.)
Steps
  1. In medium bowl, beat cream cheese until light and fluffy.
  2. Add sweetened condensed milk and blend thoroughly.
  3. Stir in lemon juice and vanilla.
  4. Pour into crust and chill for 3 hours.
  5. Serve with topping of choice (canned cherries, strawberries, etc.).
