Ingredients
  • 4 cups peeled, cored and chopped pears
  • 2 cups organic raw sugar
  • 3 cups sifted all-purpose organic flour
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 ½ teaspoons baking soda
  • 2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 3 eggs
  • ⅔ to 1 cup oil ( I use sunflower oil)
  • 1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 single serving yogurt plain/vanilla
