Goertzy's pickled egg recipe
Ingredients
  • ½ cup red wine vinegar
  • ½ cup malt vinegar
  • ½ cup water
  • 2 cups white vinegar
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp and a smidge pickling spice
  • 1  or 2 bay leaves
Steps
  1. In a medium sized saucepan take all ingredients and bring everything to a boil. Lower heat and simmer for 10 min.
  2. In a sealable jar or container place a doz to 15 eggs and pour your hot ingredients over your eggs
  3. Seal container and wait at least 5 to 7 days before consuming
Notes
  • add anything you want, crushed chiles or jalapenos and other peppers.
