  • 60ml Dry White Wine
  • 50g Parmesan, finely grated
  • 120g Sun Dried Tomatoes, finely diced
  • 2 tbsp Tomato Puree (tomato paste in US)
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1 bunch Fresh Parsley, finely diced
  • 1 onion, finely diced
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • Salt & Pepper, to taste
