Ingredients
  • 1 ½ chicken breasts, cooked
  • 1 can (400 ml) coconut milk
  • 3 T. Massaman Curry Paste
  • ½ can (200 ml) Water
  • 2 T. Sugar
  • 2 Lamb’s Ear Leaves
  • 2 T. Peanut Butter
  • Potatoes and Carrots, peeled and thinly sliced
Steps
  1. Simmer all ingredients 20 to 30 minutes, serve over rice.
