- 8 garlic cloves, peeled and smashed
- ⅓ cup apple cider vinegar
- 3 T or more tomato paste (depending on how thick you want it)
- ½ to 3 tablespoons honey (opt) (In my opinion, 1 tsp is plenty)
- 2 tablespoons Paleo-friendly fish sauce (Red Boat fish sauce)
- 1½ teaspoons kosher salt
