Tequila Old Fashioned
Yoly
I'm a stay at home cooking biker chick and a Brand Ambassador for allrecipes.com. I am also a recipe developer for the Tastemakers program on allrecipes. I have been riding my own motorcycle since I was 18. I love to cook, bake especially, and I love to ride my Harley Davidson Sportster. My other half rides a Harley Davidson Fatboy and A Triumph Sports Bike. We've got 1 daughter and 5 grandkids ranging from ages 16 to 26. We're known as the coolest, youngest grandparents around!!!
Recipe by Yoly
For this tequila old fashioned, I substituted Roca Patron Anejo. Tequila is my liquor of choice, and makes this drink smooth, citrusy, and absolutely delicious.
Ingredients
  • 4 maraschino cherries, stems removed, divided
  • 1 orange slice
  • 6 ice cubes, or more if desired
  • 2 fluid ounces anejo tequila
  • 1 fluid ounce Cointreau
  • 3 dashes bitters
  • 1 orange twist
