Ingredients

  • 4 Cardamom (Elaichi) Pods/Seeds
  • 1 inch Cinnamon Stick (Dalchini)
  • 4 Cloves (Laung)
  • 2 Bay leaf (tej patta)
  • 1 teaspoons Turmeric powder (Haldi)
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam masala powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder (Dhania)
  • 1-½ cup Homemade tomato puree
  • ½ cup Curd (Dahi / Yogurt)
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • Salt , to taste
  • 6 sprig Coriander (Dhania) Leaves , finely chopped
