Ingredients

  • 6 level tbsp Pure sunflower spread, melted
  • 3.5 tbsp maple syrup

  • 235ml (1 cup) full fat coconut milk
  • 235ml (1 cup) oat milk
  • 60ml (¼ cup) maple syrup
  • 3 tbsp cornflour
  • 1.5 tsp agar agar
  • 1 tsp vanilla paste or vanilla extract
  • A pinch of turmeric (for colour)
  • Topping - 2 tbsp brown sugar
