WW Zero Point Soufflé
Banana and egg zero point soufflé made into individual small serving size for snacks.

Ingredients
  • 6 eggs
  • 6 bananas
  • Cinnamon (optional)
Steps
  1. Blend eggs and bananas in blender.
  2. Add cinnamon and stir.
  3. Pour into silicone trays about ⅛” from the top.
  4. Microwave on high for 4 minutes.
  5. Pop out onto plate to cool.
  6. Refrigerate until needed and reheat in microwave for 30 seconds.
Notes
  • You can make half the recipe if you only want to make enough for 1 silicone tray.
  • All microwaves heat differently so yours may take a bit more or less cook time.
  • When cooking they will actually rise up out of the trays a bit. This is how you know that they are cooked perfectly. Mine lifted from the tray with about 30 seconds of my 4 minute cook time left.
  • Once cooled I placed them on plastic plates and put them in freezer until frozen and then placed them into a ziplock bag. Then I took out a couple in the morning to thaw in the fridge and microwaved when I needed a snack!
  • I sprinkled a little cinnamon sugar on top made with Splenda.
